Bonnie Lynn (Weilbaker) King, New Albany, age 77 passed away on Saturday, June 29, 2024, at Autumn Woods in New Albany, Indiana. Bonnie was born on Oct. 24th, 1946 in Fredericksburg, Indiana to the late Harold and Lillian (Pennington) Weilbaker. She spent many years as a hairstylist at Bacon's Department store before moving into management. Bonnie had a true love for her cats, she never turned down a stray. She was an avid reader and loved to garden.
Bonnie is preceded in death by her parents.
Bonnie is survived by her sisters, Patsy Melton, Karen (Carl) Packwood, Denise Couch; uncle, Norman Pennington; nieces, Lauren Wager, Jennifer Spencer, Jessica (Nathan) Love, and Nicole (Josh) Mills; nephews, Michael D. (Kathy) Kruer, and Matthew Couch; and several cousins.
She has chosen cremation and to be honored privately with her ashes buried at Kay's Chapel Cemetery in Fredericksburg, Indiana.
