CHARLES H. BAILEY, 88, passed away Monday, November 16, 2015. Charles was born April 10, 1927 in Frankfort, Kentucky to the late John and Sylvia (Riddle) Bailey. He was a retired race horse trainer. Along with his parents he was preceded in death by two children, Keith and Vicky Bailey; and brothers, John and Bud Bailey.
Survivors include, wife of 52 years, Clara Mae (Grinstead) Bailey; children, Sylvia Masingo (Tony) and C.J. Bailey (Vicky); siblings, Gladys Sams, Ruby Donovan, and Ronny Bailey (Wylene); grandchildren, Courtney (Dymitry) Pierre, Bailey Masingo, Jessica Bailey, and Jon-Kyle Bailey; and great grandchild, Destiney Oglesby.
Visitation will be 9:00 am ~ 12:00 pm Wednesday at Kraft Funeral Service, 2776 Charlestown Road, New Albany, Indiana. His Funeral Service will be 12:00 pm Wednesday in the Kraft Charlestown Road Chapel with private burial to follow in Kraft-Graceland Memorial Park, New Albany.
