Cora Bedan Smith, 100 years of age died Thursday, November 7, 2013 at Autumn Woods Health Campus in New Albany. She was born November 20, 1912 in Tennessee to the late Granville and Armilda Wright. Cora was a member of St. Mary’s Catholic Church in New Albany where she was a member of the Altar Society and the Daughters of Isabella. Cora was preceded in death by her husband Robert Bedan in 1966 and her second husband Melvin Smith in 1996.

Visitation will be from 3:00 pm ~ 5:00 pm Sunday at Kraft Funeral Service, 2776 Charlestown Road, New Albany, Indiana. Her Funeral Service will be held 11:00 am Monday at the funeral home chapel with private burial to follow in Holy Trinity Cemetery in New Albany.
