Frank was the widower of Rebecca S. Jacobs, who died in September of 2009. He was born on August 8, 1941 in Lebanon, KY. to the late Ellis and Kathleen Lamb Jacobs and was retired from Ford Motor Co. after some 46 years of service.
Frank was preceded in death by his wife; parents; and three brothers, Ed, Bob, and Jimmy Jacobs.
Survivors include: children, Danny Jacobs (Jan) , New Albany, IN, Beth Fellonneau (John) Bowling Green, KY, Kelly Shaw (Louie) Louisville, Melissa Rogers (James) Louisville, Robin Criswell , Louisville and Mike Wulf , Louisville; 21 grandchildren; 19 great-grandchildren; brother, Danny Jacobs (Dorothy) and sister, Shari Burton.
Memorial reception will be from 4-7 p.m. Thursday, March 29, at Kraft Funeral Service, 2776 Charlestown Rd., New Albany, with his memorial service at 7 p.m. Thursday in the Kraft Charlestown Road Chapel in New Albany.
