Gregory Michael Hoyer

Gregory Michael Hoyer, age 52, of Greenville, Indiana passed away on Tuesday, May 3, 2022 surrounded by his family at his home. Greg was born July 22, 1969 to Charles, Jr. and Toni Hoyer. He was married to his loving wife Judy of 20 years. In his past time he loved fishing and playing golf. He enjoyed spending time with his family and friends. Greg never turned down the opportunity to surround himself with good company or cheer on his beloved Miami Dolphins and Kentucky Wildcat teams. He was a history buff, artist, and loved showing off his Spanish speaking skills. Greg was also a true Patriot that had immense love for God and his country. Any veteran or active service men he came across he would shake their hand and thank them for their service. In addition to his parents, he is survived by his wife, Judy Spear Hoyer; one son, Danny Pharris Jr. (Amanda); one grandson, Gavin Pharris; his siblings, Ann Worden (Tim), David Hoyer (Tiffany), Diane Hoyer, Bill Hoyer (Angie); along with numerous nieces and nephews: Kristen Akins, Karen Akins Cecil, Olivia Worden, Julia Hoyer, Ian Hoyer, Jakob Hoyer, Ava Hoyer, Cooper Hoyer, and Blake Johnson,Jayden Akins, Anna Cecil and Avery Cecil. He also leaves behind his beloved fur baby, Lilly Girl. He is preceded in death by his grandparents, Charles, Sr. and Marian Hoyer and Edgar and Margaret Test. Devout in his faith, Greg is now resting easy in his eternal home. Visitation will be held on Friday, May 6, 2022 from 10:00 am to 2:00 pm with a memorial service and a graveside service to follow at 2:00 pm at the funeral home. A separate gathering and meal will be held immediately following the graveside service. A virtual service will be live streamed - please feel free to attend.
