Hazel M. (Richardson) Brooks 83 years of age died Sunday in Scottsburg, Indiana. She was a resident of LakePoint Village and former resident of New Albany. She loved painting, crafts, and making doll clothes but most of all her family. She was a member of Holiness Church in Scottsburg, Indiana.
Surviving are her son, Sigel Brock Jr. (fiance' Candace LaCosse); daughter, Betty Dillman; 5 grandchildren; 21 great-grandchildren; 2 sisters, Minnie Forester and Gladys Douglas.
Funeral service will be held at 6 p.m. Friday September 9, at Kraft Chapel 2776 Charlestown Road Chapel, with visitation after 4 p.m. Private burial in Kraft-Graceland Memorial Park.
