Herman Yoakum, 90, of Cocoa, FL. died Thursday, December 12th, 2013 of natural causes. Herman is the son of Ernest and Minnie Yoakum. He was the loving husband of Patsy Lawson Yoakum for 65 years. She preceded him in death. He is survived by his three sons: Dave (wife Nina), Denny (wife Paula), and Danny. He has three grandchildren he adored: Mark, Anna, and Dax of Orlando. Yoakum was a Mason and served in WWII. He worked as a pipefitter for 35 years in Louisville at American Synthetic Rubber Company. He loved fishing, hunting and being with his family. He will be greatly missed.
Visitation will be from 12:00 pm ~ 1:00 pm Monday at Kraft Funeral Service, 2776 Charlestown Road, New Albany, Indiana. His funeral service will be 1:00 pm Monday at the funeral home with entombment in Kraft-Graceland Memorial Park.
