Howard N. Cox, 82 years of age passed at his home on July 18, 2021. He was born on August 16, 1938 in Shreveport, Louisiana to the late Edward and Thelma Cox. Howard was a lifelong musician and a retired machinist. He was preceded in death by his son, Terry Cox.
He is survived by his daughters, Donna McBride, Andrea Howard; sister, Joyce; grandson, Robert Leroy Hunt III, Erick Lee Hunt, Christopher Shawn Hunt, Edward Cox, Terry Cox; great grandchildren, Desiree Hunt, Brayden Hunt, Chris Hunt, and Nevaeh Hunt.
Visitation will be 4:00 pm to 8:00 pm Friday at Kraft Funeral Service, 2776 Charlestown Road, New Albany, Indiana 47150. His funeral service will be 11:00 am Saturday in the funeral home chapel with burial to follow at Kraft-Graceland Memorial Park in New Albany, Indiana.
