J. Eugene Wentworth

Joseph Eugene Wentworth, 81 years of age passed on May 9, 2019. He was born in Brooksburg, Indiana on December 5, 1937 to the late Joseph Allen and Lydia (Callis) Wentworth. Eugene retired after over 50 years as a chemist for Momentive Specialty Chemicals in Louisville. He was preceded in death by his son, Richard Allen Wentworth. He is survived by his wife of 60 years, Patricia Wentworth; children, Patrick Wentworth(Heidi), Terry Jones(Bill), Michelle Cox(Tony); grandchildren, Richard, Drake, Macy, Emma, Erin; sister, Jenny Brooks; brother, Clarence Wentworth. Visitation will be 12:00 pm – 6:00 pm Sunday at Kraft Funeral Service, 2776 Charlestown Road, New Albany, Indiana. His funeral service will be held 12:00 pm Monday at the funeral home chapel with burial to follow at Sellersburg Cemetery in Sellersburg, Indiana.
