JAMES T. "JIMMY" KNIGHT, JR., 69, died Saturday, November 25, 2017. Jimmy was born December 8, 1947 in Louisville, Kentucky to the late Mary Evelyn (Denham) and James T. Knight. Sr. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a granddaughter, Chloe Newman.
Survivors include his wife of 21 years, Janet Scharrer Knight; sons, Tommy Knight, Brad Knight, Aaron Newman (Christy), Darin Newman, and Justin Newman (Amanda); brothers, Michael, Phil, and Keith Knight; and granddaughters, Hayley, Logan, and Avery.
Visitation will be 4 pm ~ 8 pm Tuesday and after 12 noon Wednesday at Kraft Funeral Service, 2776 Charlestown Road, New Albany, IN. His Funeral Service with be 2 pm Wednesday in the Kraft Charlestown Road Chapel with entombment in Kraft-Graceland Memorial Park, New Albany.
