Etta Jane Holstine, age 85, of New Albany, Indiana passed away on Tuesday, August 13, 2024. Jane was born in Scott County, Indiana on April, 1st, 1939 to the late Floyd Miller and Etta Rebecca Casey Miller. She was a longtime employee of Floyd Memorial Hospital and serving the community as a nurse. Jane was also a devoted grandmother to her four granddaughters and seven great grandchildren. They proudly called her "GiGi". She was a huge animal lover and loved to travel in her spare time.
Jane was preceded in death by her parents; her siblings, Esther Andrews, Herman Miller, Lelah Mount, Waneta Anderson, and Cleon Manley.
She is survived by her children, Kevin (Pat) Holstine and Kathy Harley; her granddaughters, Jessica (Chris) Schoenbaechler, Lindsay Holstine, Sarah Harley, and Devin Harley; her great grandchildren, Emerson, Ava, Adelaide, Veda, Harlow, Nola, and Wrenley.
A funeral service for Jane will be held at Kraft Funeral Service, 2776 Charlestown Road, New Albany, Indiana on Friday, August 16th, 2024 at 11:00 am. with her burial to follow at Kraft-Graceland Memorial Park.
