Juanita Ruth Wright Reed

Juanita Ruth Wright Reed, 95, of New Albany, Indiana passed away March 21, 2020 at The Villages of Historic Silvercrest. She was born on June 22, 1924, in Harrison County, Indiana to the late Jesse and Sylvia Noon Wright. She was a member of New Beginnings Community Church. She enjoyed fishing. In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband, Earl Reed; a son, Wayne Reed; siblings, Sidney Wright, Dale Wright, William Wright, Denzel Wright, Jesse Wright, Kathleen Stubblefield, and Helen Thompson. She is survived by her children, Delores (Steve) Garing, Darlene (David) Jones, Mike Reed; a sister, Noma Hamilton; several grandchildren, great grandchildren and great great grandchildren. Visitation and funeral services are private under the direction of Kraft Funeral Service, 2776 Charlestown Road, with burial to follow in Kraft Graceland Memorial Park.
