Kathleen Marie Schroder

Kathleen Marie “Kathy” Schroder, 54, formerly of Sellersburg, Indiana, died Tuesday, June 11, 2013 at Norton Suburban Hospital in Louisville, Kentucky. The daughter of the late August and Josephine (Herbst) Schroder, Kathy was born August 9, 1958 in Louisville. She received an Associate Degree from Bellarmine University and was retired from Edward Jones Investments. Along with her parents, she was preceded in death by a brother, Dick Schroder.

Survivors include brothers. Jerry Schroder (Gwen) and Bill Schroder (Jan); sister, Ann Prechtel (Doug); aunt, Helen Herbst Kraft (Richard); sister-in-law, Rita Schroder; numerous nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be 4:00 pm ~ 8:00 pm Thursday at Kraft Funeral Service, 708 E. Spring Street, New Albany, Indiana. Her Funeral Mass will be 10:00 am Friday at St. Anthony of Padua Catholic Church in Clarksville, Indiana with burial to follow in St. Mary’s Cemetery, New Albany.
