Lora Diane Jacobs, age 46, of Sellersburg, Indiana passed away on Monday, December 18, 2023. Lora was born in Jeffersonville, Indiana to Terrie Lindsley and the late Alford Hardin Jr. Lora was a wonderful mother of 3 children, whom she loved more than anything. She worked as a paramedic for Clark County EMS for more that 10 years. Lora cared for each patient as if they were her own family. Lora was selfless and put her family and friends above herself no matter the circumstance. Some of Lora's favorite things included her cats, the color pink and reading. She was a huge fan of the Pittsburgh Steelers and always made time to watch it with her mother. They never missed a game.
In addition to her father, she is preceded in death by a son, Bryce Jacobs.
Lora is survived by two children, Danika Jacobs and Alec Jacobs; her mother, Terrie Lindsley; siblings, Aaron (Leane) Hardin, Bruce (Maria) Hardin, Steve (Patricia) Hardin and Sharon Hardin Satterfield; three uncles; three aunts; numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation for Lora will be held Tuesday, December 26, 2023, from 12:00 PM to 4:00 PM at Kraft Funeral Service, 2776 Charlestown Rd, New Albany, Indiana 47150. Funeral service will be Wednesday, December 27, 2023, at 10:00 AM at the funeral home with burial in Kraft-Graceland Memorial Park.
