Lou Ann Grube-Gentry

Lou Ann Grube-Gentry, 60 years of age died Thursday June 2, 2015. She was born April 2, 1956 in New Albany, Indiana to the late Betty J. (Perry) Nelson and Paul J. and Mary Rose Grube. She formerly resided in Indianapolis where she taught many years in the Indianapolis School System. Lou Ann also had resided in Williams, Indiana with her husband, Lt. Col. James Gentry, until his death in 2009. She was preceded in death by her parents and two brothers, Jim and Larry Joe Nelson.

Daughter: Jennafer Newman both of Indianapolis, IN

Brothers: Jeff Grube

John Nelson (Jennifer)

Jay Nelson (Bobbi) all of Georgetown, IN

Sister: Jana Sue Lee (Rick) Georgetown, IN

She is also survived by many nieces and nephews

Visitation will be from 12:00 pm to 6:00 pm Sunday June 5 th at Kraft Funeral Service, 708 E. Spring St., New Albany, Indiana. Her funeral service will be held 12:00 pm Monday June 6th, at the Kraft Spring Street. Chapel with burial to follow in Pleasant Ridge Cemetery, Starlight, Indiana.
