Mary Catherine (Scott) Kruer Wolz, 82, passed away Sunday at Providence Retirement Home in New Albany. She was born October 12, 1931 in Floyd County to the late Albert and Freda (Kiethley) Scott. She is also preceded in death by a son, Ernie Kruer and her sister, June Lofton. She retired from H.J. Sheirich Company and was a member of the Church of God in New Albany.
She is survived by her son, Scott Kruer and her daughter, DL Boes and daughter-in-law, Roz Phelan, siblings, Linda Scott and Helen Harmon, grandchildren, Joseph Scott Kruer, Christopher Aaron Kruer, and KC Phelan, and 3 great grandchildren.
Visitation will be from 3:00 pm to 8:00 pm Tuesday at Kraft Funeral Service, 2776 Charlestown Road, New Albany, Indiana. Her Funeral Service will be 1:00 pm Wednesday at the funeral home chapel with burial to follow at Kraft-Graceland Memorial Park in New Albany, Indiana.
