Mary A. Sampson, 80 years of age died Saturday, November 15, 2014 at Clark Memorial Hospital. She was born February 16, 1934 in Louisville, Kentucky to the late Joseph and Rosie Bramer. Mary was retired from Brown & Williamson in Louisville and was a member of St. Paul’s Catholic Church in Sellersburg, Indiana. She was preceded in death by her husbands, Michael R. Grimes, Sr. and Frank Sampson; and daughter, Jennifer Huff.
Survivors include her children, Debbie Finger, Suzanne Spring Lance, Cheryl Waggoner, Michael R. Grimes, Jr., Denise Grimes, Harry Joseph Grimes; brothers, William Bramer, Arthur Bramer; 20 grandchildren and 31 great grandchildren.
Visitation will be from 2:00 pm to 8:00 pm Tuesday at Kraft Funeral Service, 2776 Charlestown Road, New Albany, Indiana. Her Funeral Service will be 11:30 am Wednesday at the funeral home chapel with private entombment at Kraft-Graceland Memorial Park in New Albany, Indiana.
