Michael L. Scott

Michael L. Scott, 61 years of age, passed away Thursday, February 18, 2021 at his home in Pekin, IN. He was born November 16, 1959 to the late Elmer Sr. and Hazel Scott. Michael was a retired welder from Jeff Boat and spent many years racing at the Clarksville Sportsdrome Speedway, but most of all he loved spending time with his family, especially his grandchildren. Along with his parents he was preceded in death by his step-son Chreighton “JR” Tanner. Survivors include his wife, Venitta Rose Scott, children, Janice Andasol, Michael Scott, Levi Bishop, and Mandy Kerberg, 9 grandchildren, and 3 great-grandchildren. Visitation will be held on Wednesday from 2:00 pm until 7:00 pm, at Kraft Funeral Service, 2776 Charlestown Road, New Albany.
