She was born in Fort Knox Kentucky on November 19, 1950. She is preceded in death by her father Avon Eads, mother and stepfather Lois and Eugene England.
Patty treasured spending time and having fun with her family. She was brave, strong and kind until the very end. She is beloved by her surviving children Courtney Trueblood and Christopher Summers, her sisters, son in law, grandchildren, nephews and nieces. She will be missed immensely.
Memorial for Patty will be held Sunday, August 20, 2023, from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM at Kraft Funeral Service,708 East Spring Street, New Albany, Indiana 47150, followed by a memorial service at 2:00 PM. Patty will be laid to rest in Kraft-Graceland Memorial Park.
