Pauline "Polly" S. Baldwin Skees, 77, of Blue Springs, Missouri, formerly of Clarksville, Indiana passed away March 4, 2024 at the Benton House of Blue Springs. She was born August 11, 1946 to the late Jerry and Eugenia Thornton Baldwin. She was a retired administrator with the State of Kentucky.
In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death her husband, Brian Skees and three sisters, Barbara Claiborne, Margaret Morse and Judy Pollard.
Polly is survived by two nephews, Jim Kissner (Mindy) and Jerry Morse; and four great nieces and nephews, Jake Kissner, Meg Weymuth, Sally Morse and J.B. Morse. In addition, she had a special lifelong friendship with her YaYa sisters, Doola, Suzanne and Jill.
A service to celebrate Polly's life will be conducted at 10:00 am on Sunday, March 10, 2024 at Kraft Funeral Service, 2776 Charlestown Road, New Albany, Indiana 47150. Private burial will be in Kraft Graceland Memorial Park.
