Roy James "R.J." Robison

Roy James “R.J.” Robison, 70 years of age passed away Wednesday, May 2, 2018 in New Albany. Roy was born on April1, 1948 in New Albany to the late Don and Thelma Robison and was an Army Veteran of the Vietnam War. He retired from both International Harvester and the Naval Ordnance, and was a member of Southeast Christian Church in Jeffersonville. Roy enjoyed singing at church and building model cars. Survivors include his wife Ann Ford (Norvell) Robison, daughter Elizabeth LeAnn Hinderer (Eric), son Anthony Thomas Powell (Laura), sisters Donna Thomerson and Marylyn Collins (Garry), 10 grandchildren, 2 great-grandsons, 1 niece, and 1 nephew. Visitation will be from 1:00 pm to 8:00 pm Sunday and after 11:00 am Monday at Kraft Funeral Service, 2776 Charlestown Road, New Albany, Indiana. His Funeral Service will be celebrated 12:00 pm Monday at the funeral home chapel with military honors and entombment to follow at Kraft-Graceland Memorial Park in New Albany, Indiana.
