Ruth Mae Edwards

Ruth Mae Edwards, 85, of Clarksville, Indiana passed away August 13, 2019 at Baptist Health Floyd. She was born on January 10, 1934 in Hardinsburg, Indiana to the late Alanzo and Rosie Radcliff. She retired from Hoosier Lanes Bowling Alley after over 30 years. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband, Charles Sutherland; three sons, Tim Sutherland, Kenny Sutherland and Danny Sutherland; two brothers, Ted McGill and Paul McGill; and a sister, Pauline McGill. She is survived by her children, Pam Lail (Roger), Bill Radcliff (Debbie) and Wayne Sutherland (Dianne); grandchildren, Chris Kopp, Travis Kopp, Shawn Radcliff, Phillip Radcliff, Ronda Kopp, Echo Sheckles, Dug Sutherland, Joshlyn Sutherland, Jamie Rennert and Jason Sutherland; and many great-grandchildren and one great-great grandchild. A service to celebrate her life will be conducted at 11:00 am on Friday, August 16, 2019 at Kraft Funeral Service, 2776 Charlestown Road with burial to follow in Kraft-Graceland Memorial Park. Visitation will be from 3-8 pm on Thursday, August 15, 2019 at the funeral home. Expressions of sympathy are suggested to the charity of one's choice.
