TERRY W. COMO, 63, died Monday July 9, 2012 at Floyd Memorial Hospital in New Albany. He was born May 10, 1949 in Louisville, Kentucky and was a U.S. Marine veteran of the Vietnam War. Terry was a locomotive engineer with Norfolk & Southern Railroad and member of the Brotherhood of Locomotive Engineers & Trainmen and the N.R.A. He was preceded in death by his father, Victor Como, and mother, Dorothy (Green) Schlise.
Survivors include his sons, Christopher Como (Leslie) and Edward Lee Como; grandchildren, Olivia, Victor and Peter Como;
special friend, D. M. Harvey; siblings, Jim Schlise, Mike Schlise, Larry Schlise, Kim Schlise, Tiffany Carroll, Viki Thomasson, Toni Copeland and Rogene Martin; and numerous nieces & nephews.
Visitation will be from 10:00 am ~ 2:00 pm Thursday at Kraft Funeral Service, 2776 Charlestown Road, New Albany, IN. His Funeral Service with Military Honors will be 2:00 pm Thursday in the Kraft Funeral Chapel with private entombment in Kraft-Graceland Memorial Park, New Albany.
