Vivian R. Keehn

VIVIAN R. (COX) KEEHN, 78, died Sunday, February 14, 2010 at her residence. Vivian previously worked at the Holiday Inn in New Albany. She was a member of St. Mary’s Catholic Church in New Albany where she served as a Eucharist Minister. She also helped in St. Mary’s School cafeteria. Vivian loved making cakes, especially wedding cakes, and candy for family, friends and acquaintances.

Survivors include her sons and daughters-in-law, Pat and Pam Cook and Mark and Karen Keehn, all of Georgetown IN; daughters and son-in-law, Dee Daugherty, Marva and Mitch Eddings, Jodi Keehn and Janet Cook, all of New Albany IN; brother, Richard Cox of NC; sisters, Jeanie Gwaltney of Henryville IN, Janice Rauck of Clarksville IN, Mary Johnson of St. Louis MO and Martha Barth of Jeffersonville IN; 22 grandchildren; 26 great grandchildren; and 1 great-great grandchild.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Ronald Keehn; and her son, Mike Cook.

Visitation will be 12:00 pm ~ 8:00 pm Thursday, February 18, 2010 at Kraft Funeral Service, 708 E. Spring Street, New Albany, Indiana. There will be a prayer service at 4:00 pm Thursday at the funeral home. Her Funeral Service will be 10:00 am Friday, February 19, 2010 at the Kraft Funeral Chapel with burial to follow in Kraft-Graceland Memorial Park in New Albany.
