Bill was born in New Albany, Indiana on December 13th, 1944 to the late Clement Charles Kramer and Anna Bernice Hock. He attended Providence High School and was a proud member of the class of 1962. Following High School he developed his trade as a builder which he pursued his entire life. Bill enjoyed being on the water and always seemed to own a boat. He loved to travel the U.S and the islands.
Bill is preceded in death by his parents; siblings, Antoinette Bernice Osborn, Thomas Joseph Kramer, Nicolas James Kramer.
He is survived by his daughter, Courtney (Christopher) Holdman; grandchildren, Alexander Holdman and Zachary Holdman; siblings, Clement "Clem" (Julie) Kramer Jr., Vicki Kramer, Noelle (Mike) Gohman; and several nieces and nephews.
A private cremation has been chosen by Bill's family as he wished.
