Aguinaldo G. Cacilhas

Born in Portugal, he was the son of Maria Joana (Garcia) Rapozo of Portugal and the late Jose DaCosta Cacilhas.

Danny was a Maintenance Worker for the Waltham Housing Authority for over thirty years.

Besides his wife and mother he is survived by a son Eddie Cacilhas of Malden; three sisters, Olga Wilbur and her husband Gene of Dartmouth, Tereza Costa and her husband Deodato of Bristol, Rhode Island and Gloria Nunes and her husband Antonio of Portugal; three stepchildren, Shantel Leite and her boyfriend Joao da Sylvia of New Bedford, Matthew Leite and his girlfriend Heather Santos of New Bedford and Macxine Leite of New Bedford; four step grandchildren, Nevaeha Fernandez, Caiden Da Silva, Matthew Leite Jr. and Ayva Leite; several nieces and nephews.

He was also the brother of the late Natalia Cabral.

His funeral will be held Wednesday, February 12, 2014 at 9 AM from the ROCK Funeral Home, 1285 Ashley Blvd., New Bedford, followed by his funeral mass at 11 AM in St. Mary’s Church, 783 Dartmouth St., Dartmouth. Visiting hours, Wednesday 9 AM-10 AM prior to the mass. Burial in Pine Grove Cemetery.
