A graduate of New Bedford High School, Allison was an artist in every sense of the word. She expressed herself through painting, coloring, dancing, singing, and creating handmade bracelets—treasures she lovingly shared with family, friends, and even neighbors. She found joy in simple moments: trips to Michaels, going out to eat, cheering on her favorite sports teams, and celebrating her culture at Portuguese feasts. A Grade A bowler and an avid sports fan, Allison embraced life with enthusiasm and heart.
Allison participated in the Special Olympics, where she swam and practiced gymnastics with pride and determination. Her warm smile, infectious laugh, and gentle spirit touched everyone who knew her. She was a special soul, gifted with many talents, and deeply devoted to her family. Time spent with her dog, London, was especially cherished.
In addition to her parents, she is survived by her loving siblings: Tanya Caiano of New Bedford, Jennifer Caiano of New Bedford, Pamela Caiano of Providence, and Johnathan Caiano of New Bedford. She also leaves behind her adored nieces and nephews: Jordin, Tiana, Alexandrea, Evangeline, Lourdes, and Carter.
Her funeral will be held on Thursday, February 5, 2026, at 9:30 a.m. from Rock Funeral Home, followed by her Mass of Christian Burial at 11:00 a.m. at Our Lady of the Immaculate Conception Church, 136 Earle St., New Bedford. Burial will follow in Pine Grove Cemetery. Visitation will take place on Wednesday, February 4, 2026, from 5:00 pm to 8:00 pm at Rock Funeral Home, 1285 Ashley Blvd., New Bedford.
