Born in Middleborough, a daughter of the late Donald E. and Barbara A. (Tripp) Bishop, she was a lifelong area resident.
“Tina,” a graduate of Old Rochester Regional High School, was a graphic artist and worked for NFI Corporation. A creative soul, she was a talented and respected artist. She enjoyed country line dancing with family and friends and couples dancing with David.
Always saying “yes” to an adventure, she found great joy in her family vacations to Disney with her grandkids, the beaches of Hawaii and the mountains of Colorado and Alaska. She spent many hours enjoying the mountainous area of New Hampshire, including downhill skiing in the winter months.
Tina could often be found tending to her gardens and spending the day lounging by the pool, at her granddaughter's dance events or grandson's baseball games. Family was very important to Tina.
In addition to her husband, she is survived by a daughter Alyssa Watling and her husband William of Rochester; siblings, Mary Maxim, Jane Wrightington, Barbara Dakin, Donald Bishop, Norma Ouellette, Cheryl Rozenas, and Faith Rittenhouse; two grandchildren, Katelyn Watling and William Watling, IV; and several nieces and nephews.
Her services are private and under the direction of Rock Funeral Home, 1285 Ashley Blvd., New Bedford, MA 02745. For online tribute: www.rock-funeralhome.com.
