Born in New York City, a son of Israel and Maria (Rexach) Rosa of New Bedford, he spent his youth in Puerto Rico and has lived in New Bedford for the past 17 years. He graduated from New Bedford High School in 1998 and attended BCC. He worked at Precix for the past 5 years, enjoyed fishing and loved cleaning his car the “Bat Mobile”!
In addition to his wife and parents, he is survived by: a daughter,Genesis Rosa; a son, Xavier Rosa; seven brothers, Israel, Steven, Josue, Erick, Kevon and Israel Rosa II, and David Rodriguez; three sisters, Brenda, Maribel and Maria Rosa, all of New Bedford; grandparents Angelina Aponte and Julie Sanches of Puerto Rico and many nieces and nephews.
His funeral service will be held Saturday, May 12, 2012 at 9 AM in the ROCK Funeral Home, 1285 Ashley Blvd., New Bedford. Burial in Pine Grove Cemetery. Visiting hours, Thursday 4-7 PM and Friday 4-7 PM.
