Born in New Bedford, daughter of the late Alphee and Clarice (McGuiness) Bois, she was a lifelong resident of the city and a graduate of New Bedford High School.
Mrs. Crosby was employed as an executive secretary for the Acushnet Company for 20 years, retiring in 2001.
Her family includes three sons, John Allain, David Allain and Steven Allain and one daughter, Roxsand Valois, all from New Bedford; and seven grandchildren.
Her Funeral Service will be held on Monday, January 27, 2013 at 11AM at the Sacred Heart Cemetery Chapel, 559 Mt. Pleasant St., New Bedford. In lieu of flowers, donations in her memory may be made to the American Heart Association, 20 Speen St., Framingham, MA 01701.
