Born in New Bedford, a son of the late Barry Vaughan and Patricia (Braley) Buzzell of New Bedford he was a lifelong area resident. He was the fiancé of Taylor Thielman of Fall River.
Jason worked at Marriott International in Fall River as a manager. He was a huge Seattle Seahawks fan; he enjoyed playing softball and the TV show “Friends”. Jason enjoyed to sport Puma gear and created his “Team Puma” group of employees at work.
In addition to his mother and fiancé, he is survived by a daughter, Arianna J. Vaughan; a brother, Tyler Buzzell and wife Ariel of New Bedford; a grandmother, Carol Higgins of Rochester; a grandfather, Clifford Vaughan of CA; an aunt, Julie Braley; nephews, Graysen and Adrien Buzzell; cousins, Randy McKay and his wife Paula and their child, Kameron Branco, Kristie-Lynn McKay and her significant other, Joe Zekus and their child Parker Zekus, and Ryan McKay; a dear friend Tracey Kelce; and many other great friends.
His visitation will be held Thursday, August 12, 2021 4-7 p.m. in the ROCK FUNERAL HOME, 1285 Ashley Blvd., New Bedford, MA 02745.
