Jeremy R. Braz

Jeremy R. Braz, age 20, was called to heaven on Tuesday, March 4, 2025. He was born on March 23, 2004 to Michael H. and Diane M. (Lanzoni) Braz, and was the beloved younger brother of Michaela M. Braz. Jeremy was a lifelong resident of Rochester, Massachusetts.

Jeremy attended Old Colony Vocational Regional High School, where he studied electronic engineering and graduated with the Class of 2022. He continued his education at Bristol Community College in Fall River. Since 2021, Jeremy had worked at Btech Acoustics in Fall River. In addition to his studies and work, he volunteered at the Xfinity Center to raise funds for the Old Colony PTO.

Jeremy will be remembered for his genuine kindness and for the big smile he always wore on his face. He enjoyed making people laugh and he always had a hug to give. Jeremy was known for his big heart and unwavering devotion to the people he cared about. Jeremy lived life to the fullest, embracing every opportunity. He had a variety of hobbies, which included skiing, snowboarding, gaming with friends, working on cars, and riding his motorcycle. He also loved attending hockey games and car shows with his dad. Jeremy’s large and close-knit group of friends, who called him "Jerry," knew him as someone who treasured their shared adventures and hobbies. He also cherished spending quality time with his family, whether it was playing kickball, board games, hiking, or camping.

While Jeremy’s time with us was cut short, he made the most of the time he was given and left a lasting impact through his kindness, humor, and love. His legacy lives on in the hearts of his Mom Diane, Dad Michael, older sister Michaela, grandmother Marie Lanzoni, grandfather Gary Lemos, as well as many aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.

A Funeral Service will be held on Tuesday, March 25, 2025 at 1:00PM in the Fall River Church of Christ, 840 Rock Street, Fall River, MA 02720. Family and friends are invited. We ask that everyone proceed directly to the church Tuesday afternoon.
