Lorraine Peitavino

Mrs. Peitavino was a lifelong resident of New Bedford. She was the daughter of the late Leo and Anita (Richard) Langlois.

Lorraine worked at Titleist as a machine operator until her retirement. She enjoyed cooking, music, sports, but most of all, she cherished the time she spent with her family.

Survivors in addition to her husband are her children, Debra Peitavino of Ashton, MD; Scott Peitavino of Acushnet; 2 grandchildren, Tanner Peitavino and Tucker Cozzens both of Acushnet; a brother Raymond Langlois and his wife Carol of Bell Canyon, CA; 3 sisters, Annette Doney and her husband Al of New Bedford; Irene Barboza and her husband David of Acushnet; Denise Fortin of New Bedford and several nieces and nephews. She was the sister of the late Paul and Jean Langlois.

Private funeral arrangements are in the care of the ROCK Funeral Home, 1285 Ashley Blvd, New Bedford, MA. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions in her memory may be made to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105-1942.
