Born in Taunton, she was the daughter of the late Marion R. and Anna (Francis) Silvia.
Noreen worked for a curtain manufacturer in Customer Service for many years. She enjoyed playing card games, reading mystery novels, long walks with her children, and listening to all her favorite 50’s music. Spending time with her family was very important, especially her dream getaway trip to Paris and London with her daughter Michelle and all the camping trips with her children when they were younger. She will be deeply missed.
She is survived by her two loving children, Lucien Bourbeau and his wife Heidi of Assonet, and Michelle Bourbeau and her significant other Ryan of Stoughton; her brother, David Silvia of Maine and many nieces and nephews. She was the sister of the late Mary Jane Silvia.
Her visitation will be held on Friday, April 29, 2022 from 5:00pm – 7:00pm, followed by a 7:00pm service in the ROCK FUNERAL HOME, 1285 Ashley Blvd., New Bedford, MA, 02745.
