Born in New Bedford, daughter of the late Ralph H. and Florence (Westgate) Chase, she was a lifelong resident of Dartmouth.
Sally-Lou was a fashionista who enjoyed decorating, sewing, shopping and spending time with her loving family.
Her family includes a daughter, Tina L. Ellis; a son, Scott W. Ellis; a granddaughter, Kacey Ellis; a sister-in-law, Doris Chase; and nieces and nephews including Lisa Chase. She was the sister of the late Ralph H. Chase, Jr. and Alton Chase and his wife Pauline.
Visiting hours will be held on Thursday, March 27, 2014 from 4-7pm with a Celebration of Life at 7pm at the Rock Funeral Home, 1285 Ashley Blvd., New Bedford. Burial private.
