Steven Pina

October 11, 1954 – June 9, 2025

Steven Pina, age 70, of Fort Myers, Florida, formerly of New Bedford, Massachusetts, passed away peacefully on June 9, 2025.

Steven was a devoted husband, father, grandfather, brother, uncle, and friend. He is survived by his loving wife, Diana Pina; his daughters Sherrie, Ashley, and Tanya; his stepdaughter Erica; and his five cherished grandchildren, Tyzaah, Tayshawn, Amari, Kaysen, and Evan. He also leaves behind his brother, Dennis; sister-in-law, Darlene; his nephew, Justin Miranda; and his beloved dog, Zoey, who brought him companionship and joy.

He was preceded in death by his mother, Mary Pina; his father, Manual Pina; and his sister, Cheryl Pina-Correia.

Steven worked faithfully at Rodney Metals for over 30 years, earning the respect and friendship of many. Outside of work, he found great peace in fishing, a lifelong passion, and in recent years, developed a deep love for golf, which he enjoyed immensely.

He will be remembered for his gentle spirit, quiet strength, and the love he gave so freely to those around him. His memory will forever live on in the hearts of his family, his friends, and all who were lucky enough to know him.
