

Arlyn loved to bake and make candy for everyone at Christmas, especially peanut butter balls. She enjoyed her genealogy books about her family, loved lots of flowers in her yard and thousands of pictures of her family in her house. Most of all, she loved Jesus and gospel music. She will be missed by all who knew and loved her.
She is preceded in death by her Husband, Frank R. Beckwith, Jr.; Parents, Howard and Margaret Quinn; Sisters, Marjorie, Vivian, Baby Quinn; and Grandson, Johnny Watson, Jr.
She leaves behind to cherish her memory, her Children, Veronica Braxton (Jeff), Johnny Watson (Nancy), Margie W. Eubanks, and Howard Watson (Tammy); Grandchildren, Michael Coward (Jessie), Steven Coward (Ashley), Amy Sparrow (Jay), Jamie Creech (Ashton), Tyler Watson, Wayne Koonce (Cristal), Hannah Cook (Ricky), Susie Jo Thornton (Mike); twenty Great Grandchildren; and three Great Great Grandchildren. She is also survived by her Brother, James Howard Quinn (Stumpy); Brother-in-law, Charlie Beckwith (Ann); Sisters-in-law, Charlotte Perez, Diane Kilb (Alfred), Melanie Mitchell (Ron); Aunt, Velma Chadwick; thirty-one nieces and nephews; and many cousins.
Graveside service will be at 11 a.m. on Wednesday, October 20th at the Quinn Cemetery (Quinn Road, Cove City) with Pastors Brent Manning, Robert Worthington, and Rex Bennett officiating as well as her niece, Rebecca Mundy, who will share a few words. The family will receive friends for one hour prior to the service at the cemetery and other times at the home of Veronica Braxton.
The family would like to express their appreciation to Sue McCoy, Debra Sue Kilpatrick, the nurses and staff of 3HC Hospice, and all other family and friends for the loving and compassionate care they all provided during Arlyn's (Mom) last days.
Flowers are appreciated or memorials may be made in her name to West Vanceboro Church of God or Highland Park Christian Church.
