He is survived by his wife, G. Diane Bland, his mother, Janie Elizabeth Andrews Bland, son, Jeffrey Bland (Marsha), daughter, Lisa Willis (Chris), sisters, Paula Bland, and Sue Sutton, and grandchildren, Shelby Willis, and Tyler Willis.
He is predeceased by his father Charles Edward Bland and son, Stephen Bland.
Graveside service will be Sunday at Lakeside Chapel in Greenleaf Memorial Park at 3 pm with burial to follow.
