After graduating from high school Clarence joined the working world before joining the Air Force at age 21 and married Dolores Smith in 1955. After 3 years of service, he became a taxi driver and a long-haul truck driver for over 4 decades. Clarence spent his leisure time bowling, listening to Jazz, and watching old western movies and shows.
Clarence is survived by his partner, Rillie Mae Hawkins, Dolores Smith, his children, Clarence Linder Jr, Yvette Linder, Lisa (Linder) Sykes, Charles Linder, and many grand and great grandchildren.
A celebration of life will be held at a later date.
