He was a member of St. Paul Catholic Church, Knights of Columbus and the Marine Corps League in Oriental.
He is survived by his wife, Sonia Macsay; sons, Daniel Macsay Jr. and Michael Donald Macsay; brother, Tim Macsay; sister Michelle Michner and four grandchildren.
A Funeral Mass will be held Thursday, October 10, 2024, at St. Paul Catholic Church at 1:00pm.
