Daniel Spruill Robinson Sr.

Daniel proudly served in the US Navy from May of 1951 to May of 1970.

Leaving behind to honor and cherish Daniel's life, legacy, and memories are his children, Daniel Spruill Robinson, Jr. (Susanna) and Alvin Dean Robinson (Patricia); son-in-law, Henry Carawan Sr; grandchildren, Karina Fine, Kristen See, Elizabeth Robinson Booker, Samantha Lynn Robinson, David Carawan Jr, and Michael Carawan; great-grandchildren, Keara Fine, McKallen See, Kayden See, Nicolas Booker, Annalise Booker, Patrick Booker, and Samantha Carawan; 5 great-great-grandchildren; and many loving family members and close friends.

Daniel is preceded in death by his loving wife, Idell Robinson; daughter, Glenda Carawan; and his siblings, Joe Robinson, Herbert Robinson, Charlie Robinson, Warren Robinson, George Robinson, Ruth Robinson, Love Brittle, Wesley Robinson, and Lesley Robinson.

A funeral service with military honors will be held on February 7, 2026, at 12:30 pm at Greenleaf Memorial Park.
