Daniel "Buddy" Talvacchio Jr.

He was the owner and operator of Buddy's Concrete Service since 1986 and retired and turned the business over to Jeff and Joey in 2008.

Leaving behind to honor and cherish Buddy's life, legacy, and memories are his loving wife of almost 61 years, Sandra Talvacchio; children, Jimmy Talvacchio and his wife, Rose, Jeff Talvacchio and his wife, Patricia, Joey Talvacchio and his wife, Tonya, and Jennifer Archer and her husband, Mark; grandchildren, Jimmy Jr., Matthew (Heather), Kaitlyn (Will), Grant, Joshua, Tiffany (Phillip), Tyler, Trevor, Julian, Christopher, Marcus, and Kayden; great-grandchildren, Payton, Mason, Emmie, and Grayson; brother, Kirby Hartley; sister, Lidia "Sugie" Welborn (Monety); future great-grandson, Jentson Daniel, who is due in May; and many loving family members and close friends.

The family will receive visitors from 11:00 am to 12:00 pm on Friday, April 10, 2026, at Cotten Funeral Home. A celebration of Buddy's life will begin at 12:00 pm at Cotten Funeral Home. Following the service, Buddy will be laid to rest at New Bern Memorial.
