He is survived by his daughters, Dianna Chadwick and husband Douglas, and Vickey White and husband Tommy. He is also survived by 7 grandchildren and 11 great grandchildren.
He is preceded in death by his parents Earl and Thelma Banks.
A Visitation Service will be held on Sunday, July 4, 2021 from 1:00-2:00 PM. A Funeral Service will begin at 2:00 PM with Rev. Calvin Heath officiating the service. The burial will follow at Greenleaf Memorial Park.
