Douglas Alan Warren, 66, of Nashville, Tennessee peacefully departed his time on earth on Sunday, September 11, 2022. Doug was born in Indianapolis, Indiana on October 2, 1955, to Kenneth Warren and Patricia Joan Randolph Warren.

Doug enjoyed playing frisbee golf and spending time outdoors. He spent his final days on this earth spending time with his daughters, granddaughter, and with his mother.

He is survived by his mother, Patricia J. Warren Cochran; both of his daughters and sons-in-law, Leslie and Robbie of Mount Juliet, TN and Julie and David of Nashville, TN; his granddaughter Samantha; his brother, Andrew Warren and wife, Julie of Indianapolis, IN; his sister, Diana Lynn Warren Schultz and husband, Tony of Huntington, IN; nieces and nephews, Amber, Andrew (Maurya), Chad, Chris (Jason), and Opal.

He was predeceased in death by the love of his life and mother of his children, Rosemary Combs Warren, and his father Kenneth, and his brother, Robert Warren.

In honoring his wishes, there will be no services. Memorial contributions may be made in his name to the American Heart Association or the Alzheimer’s Association.

Doug will always be remembered as free-spirited..
