He is survived by his wife Beth; children; Tammie Middendorf, Chris Middendorf, Anthony Middendorf; 7 grandchildren; 9 great children.
A graveside service will be held Friday, February 27, 2015 at 1:00 p.m. at New Bern National Cemetery.
