Leaving behind to honor and cherish the life and legacy of Frances are her sons, Jerry Glenn Lilly Jr., and Barry Jonathan Lilly and his wife, Cynthia Stikeleather Lilly; her grandchildren, Matthew Jonathan Lilly and Ryan Patrick Lilly; and many loving family members and close friends.
A graveside service will be held at 2:00 pm on Friday, February 27, 2026, at Greenleaf Memorial Park.
