Frank Joseph Perocchi

Frank Perocchi lost his battle with this dark world and passed into the loving hands of God the morning of 18 January 2025, at home. Frank was born in Honolulu, Hawaii on 23 April 1986 to Gail and Frank Anthony Perocchi. He grew up predominantly at Cherry Point MCAS, Havelock and New Bern in Craven County NC. As an adult, he proudly mastered the construction trades, becoming especially skilled in electrical and tile work. Frank was a kind, caring and funny person who collected many friends, all of whom he kept for life. He had a special gift for communicating with others, and empathizing with their frailties. He enjoyed mastering new challenges, body building, fishing, boating, gaming, hunting for UFOs and spending as much time with friends and family as he possibly could.

Frank was a loving uncle for his nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his father, Frank, and his sister, Jessica Perocchi Rice, and is survived by his mother Gail Bateman, and stepfather, John Bateman, sisters: Marie Strausbaugh (Josh), Theresa Matson (Jeffrey), Julie Cameran (Robert), Jennifer Perocchi (Robert), and brothers: John Carter Bateman (Ana), Anthony Perocchi, Dustin Perocchi along with nephews: James, Adam, William, Joseph, Carter James, Emilio Patrick and nieces Elizabeth and Abigail.

A service will be held for Frank on Saturday, 22 February at the Cotten Funeral Home at 3 p.m. In lieu of flowers, please donate in Frank’s memory to Hope Recovery Homes, P.0. Box 1438, Morehead City 28557.
