He is survived by his mother, Jo Ann Daly; four children, Briana Bautsch, Chandler Targett, Franklin Delano Lane, IV, and Kiersteen Popperwill; three grandchildren, Brayden Hill, Jayden Moore, and Kaylen Moore.
Family and friends are invited to a service to remember and celebrate Frank's life at 5 p.m. on Monday, March 21st at Cotten Funeral Home Chapel.
