Greg is preceded in death by his parents Richard O’Malley, Dorothy Kerr, step father Paul Kerr, brothers Dan O’Malley, and Mike O’Malley.
He is survived by his loving wife Claudia O’Malley, son, Sean O’Malley of Raleigh, daughters, Alejandra O’Malley of Wilmington, Angie Eborn of New Bern, brother, Timothy Kerr (Karen) of Havelock, sister Teresa Irisarry (Papo) of Havelock, grand children, Allen York, Leigh Anne Eborn, Patricia Eborn, and Joshua Eborn.
Greg was a parishioner of St. Paul Catholic Church. He loved computers and technology, keeping abreast the latest advancements and trends. Greg was also a fan of the San Diego Padres and Chargers, as well an avid NASCAR fan, enjoying races with a Diet Mountain Dew in hand. Greg also loved to keep up with current events on the news and listen to music in his free time.
A graveside service will be held at St. Paul Catholic Church Cemetery on Friday, September 11, 2020 at 11:00am. Arrangements by Cotten Funeral Home and Crematory.
