Isabelle R. Biggio, 84, of New Bern, died February 10, 2013 at her home.
She is survived by her husband, Alfred J. Biggo, one son, Richard R. Biggio of Lindley, NY; one daughter, Corinne A. Drake of Pine Valley, NY; one brother, Kenneth Nodini of Ramsey, NJ; one sister, Christine V. Bullen of New Bern; six grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
